NTA Energy Employees Empowered Through “The Art of Communication” Seminar

With its latest seminar titled “The Art of Communication: Say It Right, Hear It Right!”, the company reaffirmed its commitment not just to energy innovation, but also to human development.

Held at the elegant Luxent Hotel in Quezon City, the one-day seminar gathered employees from various departments for a deep dive into the nuances of effective communication—whether with others or with themselves. The initiative aimed to enhance interpersonal, intrapersonal, and public communication skills, key components in building a collaborative and empowered workplace. 

Guiding the session was none other than Human Resource Consultant, Ms. Ma. Ira Ruth Allbabidi, whose dynamic approach and insightful expertise left a lasting impression on the attendees. With a combination of theory, practical exercises, and engaging dialogue, Ms. Allbabidi helped participants uncover communication blind spots, break down barriers, and embrace the power of authentic expression.
